We deliver nationwide across Kenya.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days in major towns and up to 5 days in remote areas.
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and size of the item.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Plugme.co.ke is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.
5. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and offer a substitute, backorder, or refund.

6. Returns & Refunds
